2.1 Consultation Services

For individual consultation services, we offer the following refund options:

  • Cancellation with 48+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling without penalty
  • Cancellation with 24-48 hours notice: 75% refund or rescheduling without penalty
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund (except in cases of documented emergency)
  • No-show without notice: No refund

2.2 Workshop and Group Programs

For workshops and group programs, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation 14+ days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation 7-13 days before the event: 70% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event: No refund, but the option to transfer your registration to another person or to a future event (within 6 months)

2.3 Digital Products and Online Courses

For digital products and online courses, we offer:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund if less than 30% of the course content has been accessed
  • After 14 days of purchase: No refund available
  • For downloadable digital products: No refund once the product has been downloaded

2.4 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No partial refunds for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
  • Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund available within the first 30 days of the subscription period if less than 30% of the content has been accessed

3. Conditions for Refund

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

3.1 Service Quality Issues

If you believe our services failed to meet the advertised standards or reasonable expectations, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery with specific details about the issue. We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis.

3.2 Technical Problems

If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or using our digital products or online services, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

3.3 Service Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel a service, program, or event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date or similar service.

3.4 Medical or Personal Emergency

In case of a documented medical or personal emergency that prevents you from using our services, we may offer a more flexible refund arrangement or the option to transfer to a future date. Documentation may be required.

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfers: 3-7 business days
  • Other payment methods: Processing times may vary

5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

5.1 Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized services specifically created for you
  • Group programs or events marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
  • Services that have been fully delivered and completed
  • Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or for which access credentials have been shared

For corporate clients and group bookings of 5 or more participants, customized refund terms may be specified in the service agreement. In the absence of specific terms, the standard refund policy applies.

6.2 Promotional Offers and Discounts

Services purchased with promotional discounts or special offers may have modified refund terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your refund request.
