If you believe our services failed to meet the advertised standards or reasonable expectations, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery with specific details about the issue. We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis.
If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or using our digital products or online services, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
If we need to cancel a service, program, or event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date or similar service.
In case of a documented medical or personal emergency that prevents you from using our services, we may offer a more flexible refund arrangement or the option to transfer to a future date. Documentation may be required.

We will review your refund request and respond within 5 business days. We may request additional information to process your refund request.
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds based solely on a change of mind or changing personal circumstances (outside of documented emergencies) are subject to the timeframes and conditions specified in Section 2.
No refund will be provided if your access to our services has been terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to sharing access credentials, inappropriate behavior in group settings, or intellectual property violations.
For corporate clients and group bookings of 5 or more participants, customized refund terms may be specified in the service agreement. In the absence of specific terms, the standard refund policy applies.
Services purchased with promotional discounts or special offers may have modified refund terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your refund request.
